February Book Club Book
In Mary's world there are simple truths. The Sisterhood always knows best. The Guardians will protect and serve. The Unconsecrated will never relent. And you must always mind the fence that surrounds the village; the fence that protects the village from the Forest of Hands and Teeth. But, slowly, Mary’s truths are failing her. She’s learning things she never wanted to know about the Sisterhood and its secrets, and the Guardians and their power, and about the Unconsecrated and their relentlessness. When the fence is breached and her world is thrown into chaos, she must choose between her village and her future—between the one she loves and the one who loves her. And she must face the truth about the Forest of Hands and Teeth. Could there be life outside a world surrounded in so much death?
We will be reading this book by Carrie Ryan for our February Book Club. I have ordered copies from various libraries and will let you know as soon as they arrive. If you have read this book before, please join us for the discussion. Meeting time and date information will be sent in email and announcements.

Yay! Finally..I really liked this book. It was different from all the other horror, romantic, action-packed books I've read. Hopefully the others like it too!
I loved this book! I can't wait to discuss it!!
From the review this looks like a really good book. I can't wait to read it. I look forward to the discussion, too.
I did enjoy this book, but I didn't like how it ended. In my opinion it should not have been a series. Maybe the author could have published companion books from someone's perspective not just Mary's because people react differently to situations like this.
